What We Offer

Not all packages are shown online so may want to call and ask.

Some packages require verification of elegiblity before we will confirm!

Welcoming a wide variety of events, including but not limited to:

Weddings, Showers, Retirement parties, Private event, Small corporate meetings, Workshops and training sessions, Intimate concerts,  Holiday parties, Fundraising events, Private tea parties, Quarter Auctions, Funeral/Wake/Celebration of Life  

We do not allow "FOR PROFIT" Hall rentals

If you are having alcohol, you will need a one day liquor license from the Anne Arundel County liquor board.

This is a SMOKE FREE facility, we prohibit smoking/vaping(tobacco, e-cigarettes, etc.) inside our facilities!

We reserve the right to refuse Hall Rentals to anyone or terminate contracts without refund of rental fees or security deposits should the terms of the contract be broken (i.e. Smoking Indoors, Charging for admission, Alcohol use without a permit, consuming alochol in parking areas, etc)

You may now request a proposal online, sign the contract if approved online , and make payments online as well. Deposit is required to be made within 24 hours of Contract Acceptance or your booking will be cancelled. Click anywhere on the image to the right that says ‘Book Now’ to get started.

Rental Calendar

    • Size of the hall:  About 40 X 60 and ceiling is under 12 foot high.

    • Our hall is handicap accessible and plenty of parking with over-flow parking next door

    • Private entrance to the hall

    • Private entrance to the bathrooms

    • About 30-6 foot long tables and chairs for about 120 people

    • Trash bags provided for all trash cans 

    • Dates are on a first come basis

    • Rental includes an hour for set up and hour for clean up, more time for set up when available

    • WiFi is available for FREE;it is rate limited to 5MB per device. See additonal services if faster speeds are needed.

  • Kitchen: $100 if available

    Ice: $25

    Technology Fee: (One item) $60 (Two items) $100

    Option1: 65 inch Sony Smart TV, 4K HDR, with HDMI connections for video or slide presentations/pictures, etc.

    Option2: JBL 1200 watt speaker, Bluetooth 5.1 capable w/ Shure Microphone

    WIFI: 25MB speed is available for 4 devices for $20 for the period of the hall rental (all other devices at the Free tier).

    • Regular hall rental $150 an hour

    • Veterans Rate $125 an hour

    • Daytime Week day meetings  $125 for 2 hours

    • Funeral/Wake/Repass 

      $150 week days $300 weekends

    • $200 Clean-up Deposit  

      Refund of $175 if cleaned up

      At least a $125 with a signed contract holds your date, Contract proposals can now be online or in person. In person is Friday thru Tuesday from 930am till Noon.
